What was the highlight of Reef View Hotel
A Great welcome from Courtney at Reception
The welcome from the lovely Courtney at Reception set the tone for our stay. She was wonderful 7 extremely helpful. The young man at the Restaurant was also great but unfortunately I didn't get his name . The balcony 7 view was an unexpected Bonus & I feel all Rooms have a view. The PoolArea is great & We had dinner at Coca Chu. Wonderful but make sure you book well ahead of time.

What was the highlight of Reef View Hotel
Ok.....but the breakfast thing was a disgrace and the communication was a disgracece
When I made the booking, I was transferred a few times and I thought I was booking directly to the Reef hotel with the advertised breakfast included.. However when I got there they told me the booking was through booking.com and that I had booked some "budget" special and breakfast was NOT included. Why would a person travelling alone not book for breakfast? Doesn't make sense. So if I wanted breakfast, I would have to pay $50 each day. Not happy.
I did not like " booking.com". I received no confirmation of my booking in an email it text...nothing...I had to phone the Reef the day before to confirm my booking existed. I have just retired and will be travelling a lot, but I will never ever use booking.com again.

What was the highlight of Reef View Hotel
Fantastic location and lovely staff just don’t get a room on lvl 1 or 2 :(
Staff so lovely and great location
Unfortunately we had a room on lvl 1 and it was very loud. The bar was right downstairs playing loud music until 10pm and my 6 year old and I had to put earphones in. Not good. And also Sunday morning 5:45am they started to vacuum and could hear everything.

Great location and view . Room had no heating option (Aircon did not have the heating option available). Food was good q
Location and reef view was great.
The cleaning: cleaners were using the old used towels in the bathroom to clean up and dry out the glasses and cups which were supposed to be used for drinking purposes . We were shocked and disappointed and had to use the hot water in the kettle to sterilise our cups and glasses.
